PATRICIA D. WILLIAMS, Ph.D. President & CEO Dr. Patricia D. Williams is the owner of IND Directions with over 25 years experience in drug development. Dr. Williams leads the efforts at IND Directions, focusing on the design and implementation of high quality drug development programs for small molecules, biologics and gene therapies. As President & CEO, Dr. Williams also manages all operations for the company. Dr. Williams has held various management positions of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers, Eli Lilly, American Cyanamid, Glycomed, Ligand, Biochem Pharma, SRA Life Sciences, TherImmune, Gene Logic and Summit Drug Development Services. Teams under Dr. Williams’ leadership have advanced over 50 small molecules and biologics into clinical development.Dr. Williams has authored over 50 research articles and over a dozen book chapters, and has given over 40 presentations in drug development at various professional meetings.
